Privacy policy

Clear information. Meaningful choices. Learn how we handle your information when you explore, connect and apply with Bidvantic.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Who we are and what this policy covers

Bidvantic is an auction software brand of Briskon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit bidvantic.com, contact us, request a proposal or demonstration, use our assessment tools, download resources or apply for a role.

For these website activities, Briskon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for deciding how personal information is used. Customer-operated auction platforms may have their own privacy notices and agreements. If you participate in an auction run by one of our customers, contact that auction operator about its processing of your information.

Information you share with us

The information we receive depends on how you interact with Bidvantic. Please provide only information relevant to your request and avoid sending sensitive personal information that we have not requested.

  • Enquiries and demonstrations: your name, business email, phone number, company, enquiry type, message and contact preferences.
  • Tools and resources: your contact details, job title, country, assessment inputs, calculated results and requested report format when you submit a download request.
  • Job applications: your name, email, phone number, selected role or team, CV, professional profile or portfolio links, application message and consent. Recruitment records may also include application status and review notes.
  • Correspondence: information you provide in emails, meetings or other conversations with our team.

Information collected when you browse

Our hosting and delivery providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps and error or security logs.

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics processes information about page visits, interactions, device and browser characteristics and website performance. We do not send form answers or CV contents as analytics events. Enquiry and tool submissions may separately include the referring page, source page and campaign parameters so that we can understand the context of your request.

How and why we use information

We use information for the purposes connected with your interaction with us. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract, legal obligations, or legitimate interests that are balanced against your rights.

  • Respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations and prepare proposals or service discussions that you request.
  • Generate requested tool reports and resources, and follow up about the request in accordance with your contact choices.
  • Evaluate applications, communicate with candidates and manage recruitment.
  • Operate, maintain and secure the website, investigate technical problems and prevent misuse.
  • Understand website performance and improve content when you consent to optional analytics.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations. Where consent is needed for promotional communications, we seek it and respect withdrawals.

Auction platforms and AI features

This website describes Bidvantic software, including AI-assisted auction capabilities. Visiting these pages does not make you a participant in an auction or submit your information to an auction decision-making process.

Where a customer uses Bidvantic to operate auctions or enable AI features, the processing of participant, asset and transaction information depends on that deployment, the customer agreement and the auction operator’s privacy notice. Those documents explain the relevant roles, purposes and instructions. Contact us if you need information about data handling for a proposed deployment.

Cookies and your preferences

You can accept or reject optional analytics, or choose your preferences, using the cookie notice. You can reopen Cookie Settings in the footer at any time. Your choice applies to this browser; other browsers and devices need their own selection. Essential functionality and enquiry forms remain available if you reject analytics.

We store your choice in local storage under bidvantic-cookie-preferences for 180 days. This is necessary to remember and respect your selection. Clearing browser storage removes that choice, and we will ask again.

If enabled, Google Analytics uses _ga and ga* cookies to distinguish visits and measure use of the website. These cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days without automatic renewal. A temporary session-storage entry, bidvantic-calendar-visit, may record a visit to the booking calendar when analytics is enabled. We do not enable Google advertising personalization or Google signals.

When you withdraw analytics permission, we stop website analytics tracking and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies from this domain. Withdrawal does not undo processing that already occurred. Your browser also lets you delete or block cookies; blocking essential storage may mean we cannot remember your choice.

Service providers and information sharing

We use service providers to deliver the website and manage requests. Depending on the feature used, these include Vercel for hosting, Sanity for content and submitted records, database and email-delivery providers for enquiries, and Google Analytics when enabled. Recruitment information is made available to the people involved in reviewing and managing applications.

Providers process information as needed to deliver their services. We may also share relevant information with professional advisers, where required by law or a valid legal request, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business restructuring or transfer subject to applicable requirements.

Links to external calendars, professional networks and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices. Review those notices before providing information to them.

Where information is processed

Our team and service providers may process information in India and other countries where they operate or host services. Data protection rules may differ between those locations. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant safeguards must be used, such as approved contractual arrangements or an applicable adequacy decision. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your request.

How long information is retained

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including following up on requests, recruitment, maintaining necessary business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the type of information, our relationship with you and applicable obligations.

You may ask us to delete information that is no longer needed or withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Some records may need to be retained where there is another valid reason or legal requirement. Cookie preference and analytics-cookie lifetimes are described above.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

  • For a privacy request, email sales@bidvantic.com with the subject Privacy request and explain your relationship with Bidvantic and what you need.
  • We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Please do not send identity documents unless requested.
  • To stop promotional contact, use any unsubscribe option provided or ask our team directly. To change analytics consent, use Cookie Settings.
  • We will consider requests under the applicable law, including relevant time limits and exceptions. You may also raise a concern with the data protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.

Security and responsible use

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been exposed or a service has been misused, contact us promptly.

Bidvantic’s website and business services are intended for professional audiences, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so that we can review the circumstances and take appropriate action.
